Mental Health Therapist; LCSW, LPC, LMFT

We are seeking a dedicated part-time, full time and or contract Mental Health Counselor or LCSW to join our team. The clinician will provide individualized mental health services, including conducting intake assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, offering one-on-one and group counseling, and implementing therapy interventions. Additional responsibilities include monitoring client progress, collaborating with other care providers, and maintaining accurate case records.

• Expertise in Treatment Planning, case formulation, and implementing evidence-based approaches
• Strong background in Mental Health and Psychology, including understanding therapeutic techniques
• Experience in Relationship Counseling and addressing interpersonal dynamics
• Skills in Case Management and coordinating client care
• Licensed and independent LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Sensitivity to culturally diverse populations and ability to provide culturally competent care
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required
