Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and guidance.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial modeling with precision and alignment.
- Drive financial due diligence and modeling to support acquisitions, partnerships, and payor contracts.
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team focused on accountability and collaboration.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations and translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
- Show expertise in Excel for advanced modeling and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
- Work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Hold an MBA, CPA, or CFA credential; strongly preferred for this role.
- Bring experience in healthcare or DME industries, including knowledge of payor models and logistics.
- Demonstrate a track record of driving profitability, growth, and process improvements.
- Lead organizations through growth, transformation, and system implementations successfully.
- Collaborate effectively across departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Services, and HR.
