Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial planning activities including long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly reforecasts
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with analysis for executive leadership, board, and PE sponsor
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize business outcomes
- Drive adoption and improvement of financial systems such as JDE and Planful to enhance reporting accuracy
- Mentor and develop the FP&A team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or senior FP&A roles
- Apply strong financial analysis and reporting skills in a high-growth, PE-backed environment
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization with strong interpersonal skills
- Use advanced Excel and financial systems to manage complex data and reporting needs
- Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-location business environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Understand lender reporting requirements including covenant compliance and strategic financial planning
- Prefer experience with reporting tools such as Planful and Power BI
- Think strategically and proactively solve problems to support business growth and capital deployment
- Build business cases for investments and track performance against financial goals
