Overview
Looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Composites Engineer who can support production while interfacing directly with customers. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and representing engineering capabilities in a polished, professional way.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers
- Support design reviews, manufacturability discussions, and build updates
- Develop composite manufacturing processes (layup, cure, trimming, bonding)
- Create work instructions and process documentation
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive improvements
- Support tooling alignment, CNC trimming requirements, and inspection reviews
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of aerospace composite manufacturing experience (THIS IS NEEDED)
- Strong knowledge of prepreg, cure cycles, materials, and tooling
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM and GD&T
- Strong communication skills with comfort in customer‑facing settings
- Hands‑on, solutions‑focused engineering mindset
Nice to Have
- CNC trimming or tooling experience
- Exposure to aerospace/defense programs
- Continuous improvement or LEAN experience
