We are looking to hire an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team of managers, engineers

Experience with Micro Station InRoads is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates without Micro Station InRoads müəll 향 sකಳಲ್ಲಿ are not considered.

Duties and responsibilities:

The position performs general civil engineering work under the direct supervision of a project manager for various clients served in multiple markets.

The position will apply fundamental engineering training, knowledge, and experience to deliver all tasks across diverse project types including engineering studies, site investigation reports, land development designs, Basis of Design preparation, fully designed plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E), other engineering reports, cost estimates, and construction support. Typical clients include Municipalities, DOD agencies, private developers, and other public and private organizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The main duties Comparingly, but not limited to:

• Site Engineering Design associated with buildings and parking
• Pavement rehabilitation
• Rough and precise grading plans
• Storm design and drainage calculations
• Potable and reclaimed waterlines design
• Flood control improvements
• Freeway and interchange improvements
• Specifications
• Utility coordination
• Responsible for some elements of proposals
• Function as an assistant project manager

Qualifications:

• Team leadership
• Client interactions
• Preferred Knowledge of public works and DoD agency processes
• Strong proficiency in Micro Station InRoads is required
• Additional software skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to prepare engineering reports with the guidance of a project manager or senior individual.

Education & Experiences:

• A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited college (ABET) is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience
• EIT License (in California), preferred
• Experience working with DoD agencies like the Navy will be considered a plus.

Salary range: $100,000‑$130,000
