This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about commercial roofing and have at least 5 years of experience in the field. As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will play a key role in securing new projects and ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.

Position Responsibilities of Estimator:

• Conduct on-site evaluations and measurements
• Prepare accurate cost estimates using Edge software
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project success
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and pricing

Position Essential Job Functions of Estimator:

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Skills of Estimator:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
• Proficiency in Edge software is a must
