Technical Consultant II, Risk Control

We are seeking a Technical Consultant II, Risk Control to join our UPS Dedicated Team. This role involves working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with UPS Risk Management and Health & Safety teams to identify, quantify, and reduce or eliminate risk across various customer locations.

• Account Service:
  Work with UPS Management and employees to provide comprehensive consulting services to meet customer KPIs, including deep understanding of operations and industry exposure.

• Minimum 8 years of directly related consulting experience.
• Proven ability in advanced research, evaluation, and analysis functions.
• Proven ability to consult with, form relationships, and influence all levels of an organization.
• Strong communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree or certifications such as CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
• Experience and knowledge in risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management, and progress measurement.
• Knowledge of proprietary software applications and competency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, or related fields or equivalent experience.
• Regular travel required.
