Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
Assist with the ASREC conference held on Chapman, Orange campus.
Friday, March 20 & Saturday, March 21.
Responsibilities
Duties include:
checking in participants and attendees at conference registration, providing room locations, and conference information. Set up the conference area and move small boxes around campus. Guide guests from the Argyros forum to Beckman Hall. Help as needed at the keynote speaker and reception. Will not serve food or drinks. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and active listening skills, ability to multitask, provide customer service, and keep a professional demeanor. Positive attitude and willing to jump in and offer help as needed.
