Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Administrative Coordinator to support our Multifamily Residential Operations team. This role partners closely with the Directors of Operations to improve organization, documentation, compliance readiness, systems accuracy, and operational efficiency across our portfolio.

This position is dynamic and will evolve over time. It is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, follow-through, and supporting leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Directors of Operations
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Track initiatives and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain SOPs, policies, and operational documentation
  • Support Yardi platforms and standard reporting
  • Assist with HUD / NSPIRE systems, inspections, and compliance documentation
  • Support safety program documentation and training records
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and accountability
Preferred
  • Yardi experience (strongly preferred)
  • Multifamily, real estate, or compliance experience
  • HUD / NSPIRE exposure
