Job Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable by coding invoices, preparing check runs, and issuing payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely payments.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address invoice issues.
- Manage company credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements.
- Support purchase order administration and match inventory invoices with receipts for payment.
- Demonstrate at least 4 years of general accounting experience, including 2 years in accounts payable.
- Show at least 1 year of experience in inventory accounting.
- Possess strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain confidentiality and apply sound judgment in daily accounting tasks.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines consistently.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or a related field.
- Understand basic accounting principles and apply analytical thinking to problem-solving.
- Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent numeric skills.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and support month-end close and reporting processes.
