Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of external audit requests, deliverables, and timelines.
- Partner with internal teams to prepare audit support with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee tracking, status reporting, and resolution of audit-related requests.
- Provide subject-matter expertise to bridge communication between auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist leadership with integrated audit project management, including SEC and SOX compliance.
- Leverage SAP and Oracle EPM to extract and prepare audit deliverables.
- Identify and escalate issues proactively to ensure audit readiness.
- Establish strong organizational and project management practices.
- Maintain attention to detail and meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audit execution and compliance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate prior Big 4 audit experience with knowledge of SEC reporting and SOX requirements.
- Show operational finance or accounting experience in a public company setting.
- Apply hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle EPM (FCCS) for audit support.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization with strong written and verbal skills.
