Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and oversee general office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Support the HR team by completing documentation and assisting with employee-related tasks
- Assist the accounting department by preparing reports and backing up payroll processing
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry into accounting and HR systems
- Collaborate with team members to support a variety of administrative and operational needs
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and experience with Sage Contractor 100 software
- Understand basic financial concepts and accounting software functionality
- Show experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll processing
- Organize work effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all responsibilities
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a similar administrative or support role
- Bring hands-on experience with spreadsheets and data management tools
- Display an aptitude for numbers and strong analytical thinking
- Possess excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Preferably have a background in construction accounting or related industries
