Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee grower accounting activities including advances payables settlements and shared cost allocation.
- Maintain grower related financial records by preparing reports cash flow projections reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Monitor grower payments including pass through activity supply breakouts billings and settlement processing.
- Support audits financing efforts and process improvement initiatives by providing accurate documentation and insights.
- Supervise team members by offering guidance oversight and performance feedback while assisting with daily tasks and special projects.
- A Bachelor degree in accounting finance business administration or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance with preference for experience in agriculture farming or produce related industries.
- Understand general ledger structure accounting practices internal controls and process improvement concepts.
- Use Excel at an advanced level for analysis reporting and reconciliation.
- Work confidently in an enterprise resource planning system and manage data accurately.
- Prepare and process vouchers payments settlements and activity tied to grower relationships.
- Research supply related variances develop solutions and ensure accuracy across grower accounts.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Apply strong analytical and problem solving abilities to support financial decision making.
- Maintain organized records strong communication and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
