Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Orange County, CA (Onsite or Remote)

Pay: $22–$27 per hour (DOE)

Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and expense reporting. This is an immediate hire opportunity for candidates located in Orange County or available to work remotely.

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receiving documents)
• Review and verify vendor statements
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger
• Maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes
• Experience with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics GP (Preferred), Net Suite, SAP, or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in mid-size or high-volume environment
