We’re looking for a high-impact Senior Accountant who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants to play a key role in a growing organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning their work, collaborating across teams, and building a long-term career—not just checking boxes.
What You’ll Do- Own core accounting functions including journal entries, intercompany transactions, and trial balance reconciliations
- Manage and support high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure, timely, and meaningful financial reporting
- Assist with cost accounting and inventory tracking, helping drive smarter business decisions
- Contribute to process improvements as the company continues to grow
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Around 5 years of accounting experience in a hands‑on role
- Strong working knowledge of Quick Books (Desktop or Online) and Excel (including VLOOKUP)
- Experience handling high-volume AP/AR, cost accounting, and inventory
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Clear communicator who works well across departments
