Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
- Post cash disbursements to the correct general ledger accounts in a timely manner.
- Process intercompany cash transactions by maintaining accurate supporting records.
- Maintain petty cash accounts and monitor outstanding check lists consistently.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and the accounting team to confirm proper GL coding.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing high volume financial data.
- Apply excellent problem solving and time management skills in a fast paced environment.
- Communicate effectively through strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Utilize advanced Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro skills to manage and analyze large data sets.
- Learn processes quickly and perform tasks accurately under pressure.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Bring general ledger experience and working knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Work with multi location organizations with significant revenue, preferably $800M+.
- Use data entry tools and HCM systems effectively, with Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred.
- Leverage professional designations such as CEBS or CBP as a plus, and meet all post offer screening requirements.
