We are looking for an experienced, motivated, highly detail-oriented Tax Professional to join our team. We are grateful for your interest in becoming a part of our professional family.

Tax Preparers who want to build their book of business and advance their tax knowledge to join our network of professionals, serving clients with diverse tax needs. We offer competitive pay, incentive pay opportunity, flexible schedules, and advanced tax training and certifications. This franchise location is operated by a hands‑on CPA with other CPAs on staff.

• Preparing complete and accurate tax returns
• Prepare and/or review individual, corporate, partnership and trust tax returns.
• Provide tax return review and advisory services to optimize customer value
• Conducting face‑to‑face tax interviews with clients
• Recognize, anticipate, and resolve industry/client tax issues and make recommendations
• Generating business growth and increasing client retention
• Providing IRS audit support
• Assist with tax research and planning
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Mentoring and supporting teammates

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred but not required
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred but not required
• 4 years’ (plus) experience in accounting, tax preparation, finance, bookkeeping a plus
• Understand tax concepts related to individuals, C Corporations, S Corporations (Heavy), Partnerships, Estates and Trusts
• Experience in managing multiple client engagements at the same time
• Experience with Lacerte and Practice Management software programs
• Diligent work ethic and dedication to providing superior client service
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with an attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
• Possess integrity, be trustworthy, dependable, and a team player with a cooperative attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate via the phone, email and in person professionally to upper‑level team members and clients
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work overtime as needed during busy tax seasons

We offer great pay starting at **$85,000 and up + Bonus based on experience
