Prevent financial loss from theft and fraud while supporting safety and environmental program compliance.;
Identify incidents of theft and fraud, review CCTV and exception reports, monitor store security, audit Electronic Article Surveillance, and drive shrink-elimination culture.;
Prepare accurate case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries; preserve evidence; interact with law enforcement; testify in criminal and civil court actions.;
Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and perform duties in a manner that minimizes risk of injury to others.;
Demonstrate integrity at all times and respond to asset protection and operational concerns of associates while staying focused on store objectives.
