As a Box Lunch Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensuring fans can get their favorite merchandise. You’ll help train new recruits, support daily operations, and assist in meeting sales targets.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience, encouraging customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Step in and support the sales floor and leadership team as needed.
• Open and close the store, ensuring smooth operations.
• Process sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and manage register duties, including closing out and reporting shortages.
• Understand store sales goals and key KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with planogram updates and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend insights to management and HQ.
• Work with store management to prevent theft and ensure security.
• Maintain organized stock rooms and a tidy store environment.
• Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.

• At least 1 year of retail experience. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
