Pay: Base pay $14.00/hr – $14.00/hr (Pay range provided by Goodwill Industries of North Florida. Actual pay based on experience and skills.)

Job SummaryThe Donation Center Attendant (DCA) works in Goodwill Donation Centers, delivering excellent customer service to every donor. The DCA greets donors, removes donations from vehicles, provides receipts, and thanks donors for their contributions.
Minimum Qualifications- Education: High School or GED preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years prior retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Valid Driver's License.
- Other:

Essential Duties (100% of time):
- Ensures excellent customer/donor relations by maintaining the highest standards of customer service as outlined in the customer service manual.
- Provides an exceptional customer service experience through proactive engagement and satisfaction in every interaction.
- Greets donors and receives merchandise, providing receipts if desired.
- Completes housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and friendly work area; identifies the need for supplies.
- May be required to travel to other donation centers on an as-needed basis.
