Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Orange Park, FL and surrounding areas.

$28-$32/hr

• Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in the home as per the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
