Travel Team Manager

The Mobile Service Travel Team Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for driving revenue through on-site service sales while managing a team of mobile service technicians traveling to high-priority customer sites nationwide. This role combines technical expertise, operational leadership, and customer relationship management to deliver high-quality service and grow business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and secure new customers while managing existing accounts across a national territory.
• Drive revenue growth through on-site service sales and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring project satisfaction.
• Schedule and deploy mobile service technicians for short- and long-term travel assignments based on skill set, location, and project requirements.
• Oversee technician performance, training, and compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting on customer sites as needed.
• Manage the annual sales and service operations budget.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activity, service performance, customer interactions, and lost opportunities.
• Ensure successful completion of large-scale, high-priority service projects on time and within scope.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in hydraulic systems, hose service, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and repair methods.
• Excellent communication skills for customer engagement and team leadership.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours to support field teams.
