Rebound Rehabilitation is an outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on providing high-quality, hands-on patient care. The team consists of experienced clinicians committed to helping patients improve functional movement, mobility, and overall well-being.

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver individualized treatment programs. The role involves direct patient care, documentation, manual therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education.

• Collect patient assessment data as part of evaluation under PT supervision
• Administer treatment interventions such as:
• Manual Therapy
• Therapeutic Exercise
• Functional Movement Training
• Document progress accurately in patient records
• Provide and reinforce Home Exercise Programs (HEP) for continued progress
• Supervise Physical Therapy Aides as needed to maintain treatment quality
• Assist PT in measuring and evaluating patient progress

• Associate Degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program –
  Required
• Active Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License –
  Required
• Minimum 6 months experience in an Outpatient Physical Therapy setting
