Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour (Sunday premium available)
Job type: Part-time / Full-time / PRN
Schedule: Days, evenings, or overnights; 4–12 hr shifts; some weekends
Location: Clients within ~30 minutes of Clay County
Join our team supporting clients on hospice services with compassionate, non-medical care ’ll work alongside the client’s hospice clinical team to keep clients safe, comfortable, and supported while giving families respite.
Responsibilities (non-medical)- Companionship, calm presence, and family respite/sitting
- Comfort-focused ADL support
: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting/incontinence care - Repositioning/bed mobility per care plan; mouth care; linen changes; light housekeeping
- Meal prep, hydration prompts,
medication reminders (no administration) - Gentle routines, soothing activities, quiet overnight monitoring as assigned
- Document simple shift notes in the app;
observe & report changes to office/family
- Access to early pay
- Paid mileage when serving multiple clients in one day
- Flexible scheduling with predictable routes (within ~30 minutes)
