• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Encourage mobility, independence, and daily routines
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship that supports emotional and social well-being
• Maintain a safe home environment with light housekeeping tasks
• Offer medication reminders and document daily care notes
• Communicate clearly with families and office staff to support continuity of care

• CNA license or HHA certification in the state of Florida
• A calm, respectful, compassionate presence
• Dependability and professionalism
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Experience supporting seniors or individuals with disabilities
