Join Sobe Rehab as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the Duval County area. We are an outpatient therapy‑at‑home provider that serves assisted living facilities and geriatric clientele in Jacksonville. Our mission is to promote proactive, preventative therapy that helps patients thrive and age in place.
As a PTA, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, accept or decline patient assignments, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team. Competitive compensation and detailed payment reporting are included.
Responsibilities- Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
- Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health‑care team members
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record
- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Preferred:
Two years of clinical experience in a related field
Practical nurse‑within‑prn (per‑diem) therapist. PRN therapists work on a per‑diem basis, choosing when to accept assignments. The role offers a flexible schedule, higher pay rates, and opportunities for skill maintenance and networking.
