The Clinical Dean is a full-time, on-site role based in Orange Park, FL. The responsibilities include overseeing clinical programs, developing and implementing academic policies, managing faculty and staff within clinical departments, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. The Clinical Dean will provide strategic leadership in curriculum planning, faculty development, and student performance. This role also involves actively contributing to the university's commitment to teaching, research, and service while promoting excellence in healthcare education.

• Demonstrated experience in academic leadership and curriculum development
• Strong understanding of accreditation processes and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage and mentor faculty and staff
• Strong background in healthcare education, clinical practice, and student performance evaluation

• Doctoral degree or terminal degree in a healthcare-related field is required
