Performs all aspects of creating and maintaining a visually pleasing landscape.

• Maintain flower beds by planting, weeding, and mulching as required.
• Maintain annual flowers by eliminating dead heads as necessary.
• Edge grass where appropriate.
• Dig with shovel as assigned.
• Trim trees, shrubs as assigned.
• Pick up debris from roadways, sidewalks, and landscape.
• Operate leaf vacuum, mower, weed eater, and edger.
• Clean off roofs by using broom and blowers as needed.
• Report safety concerns immediately to supervisor or upper management.

• Must pass Level 2 background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse (Learn more: ).
• Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. • Must have knowledge of use and maintenance of basic hand and power tools required to perform job functions.
• The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, squat, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, lift up to 50 lbs, and use arms, hands and fingers to reach, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls.
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license.

• Must maintain a professional, respectful, friendly demeanor with all residents, family members, guests, and staff at all times.
