** MUST HAVE ER EXPERIENCE*
* + Demonstrates bedside clinical skills and proficiency in EMR documentation. Develops and executes unit-based staff education on new equipment, medication, policy and procedure changes, and advances in clinical practice.

+ Works with the Nurse Manager to facilitate successful onboarding of new staff.

+ Rounds on patients as directed by Nursing Director, providing feedback to nursing staff including coaching and guidance to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.

+ Provides coaching and guidance to individual nursing staff members to achieve improved performance and outcomes.

+ Provides objective information for employee's 90-day and yearly performance evaluations.

* ** QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:*
* Bachelor's of Nursing Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
