Shift: Day (United States of America)
Location: 1053 MEDICAL CENTER DR, Orange City, FL 32763 (Float Position – Primary location) Travel also to Victoria Park, Deland Commons, Lake Mary, Daytona, Port Orange, and New Smyrna Beach
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000.00
Relocation Bonus: Up to $3,000.00

Schedule:
Variable – clinic hours Monday‑Thursday 7 a.m.‑7 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m.‑6 p.m.
- Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines, and department/hospital policy and procedures.
- Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
- Performs evaluations and re‑evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
- Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
- Doctorate
- Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS)
- RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Physical Therapist (PT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Physical Therapist – Temporary (PT‑TEMP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
