Job Description
- Establishes the business direction for Ambulatory Services using clinical and financial data, resources, consumer drivers, and strategic growth.
- Provides strategic guidance and operational oversight of Ambulatory Services, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and market expansions.
- Conducts proactive market surveillance to identify opportunities for expanding the Ambulatory footprint.
- Develops, implements, manages, and monitors the budget for areas of responsibility.
- Oversees all operational support functions necessary to operate a network of Ambulatory Centers, including business office, clinical operations, purchasing, IT, and consumer experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong leadership skills including a high degree of emotional intelligence and problem solving [Required]
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with physicians and stakeholders [Required]
- Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals [Required]
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, OSHA, DNV, Specialty Standards) [Required]
- Translates strategic priorities into operations and best practices [Required]
- Broad clinical knowledge in the ambulatory procedural services [Required]
- Ability to create and execute on ambulatory business strategies [Required]
- Is a role model for professionalism [Required]
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Required]
Education
- Bachelor s [Required]
Field Of Study
- in Health Administration, Business, Nursing or other related field
Work Experience
- 4+ experience in leadership roles in ambulatory services including outpatient surgery centers or comparative entity [Required]
- 6+ experience in healthcare leadership [Required]
- Experience in the clinical setting related to area of specialty [Preferred]
