Full‑time OB/GYN opportunity in Orange City, FL. Collaborative OB/CNM model, outpatient clinic on Advent Health campus. 2.5 clinic days + 1 surgery day.

About the Practice

This modern women’s health practice partners with Advent Health to reimagine maternity and women’s healthcare delivery. The model blends a tech‑enabled, wellness‑focused care system with continuous quality improvement and provider work‑life balance.

Position Summary

Seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible OB/GYN to join a dynamic, growing practice. Full‑scope outpatient role with opportunities for gynecologic surgery and a schedule that supports long‑term career satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full‑scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, with access to multiple venues for gynecologic surgery
  • Practice in a collaborative OB/CNM model focused on patient‑centered care
  • Participate in a manageable call schedule: 1:4 backup call for CNM hospitalists, with PRN coverage for vacations and extended leave
  • Collaborate with a comprehensive care team, including LCSWs, lactation consultants, educators, and other specialists
  • Utilize integrated technology platforms to enhance patient engagement and provider efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing continuing education, with support for medical conferences and professional development
  • Leverage support from a national practice network to streamline operations and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative OB/CNM practice model
  • Patient‑centered approach emphasizing shared decision‑making and holistic care
  • Active DEA license
  • Eligible for licensure upon start date
Monthly Schedule
  • 2.5 clinic days + 1 surgery day per week
  • 1:4 call rotation with CNM support (weekday call may be paired with clinic)
  • Outpatient clinic located on the Advent Health hospital campus
