This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Controller role based in Orange Beach, AL. The Corporate Controller will oversee the financial operations of the organization, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The role involves supervising the accounting team, managing financial reporting and audits, and collaborating with leadership to develop financial strategies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, improving internal controls, and providing insights for sound decision-making to support company objectives.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Expertise in Accounting Standards, Regulatory Compliance, and Internal Controls
- Proficiency in Team Leadership and Staff Supervision
- Experience with Financial Analysis and Financial Strategy Development
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in the healthcare or senior living industries is a plus
