You are responsible for ensuring our guests find the perfect vacation property and have a seamless, memorable stay, taking pride in bringing guests to the beautiful Gulf Coast. - Guest Communication & Sales:
Respond to incoming reservation requests on various OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) platforms, phone inquiries, emails, and texts in a timely, positive, and comprehensive manner. - Proactive Selling:
Complete warm lead calls and contact attempts daily to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations. - Goal Achievement:
Consistently work towards and achieve weekly reservation and occupancy goals. - Guest Interaction:
Professionally manage face-to-face interactions with walk-in guests seeking property information and bookings. - Local Expertise:
Communicate in-depth information to confirmed and potential guests about the property, the surrounding area, and local attractions, leveraging strong Gulf Coast knowledge. - Property Knowledge:
Regularly visit units and complexes to gather detailed property information, ensuring accuracy for guests and providing valuable insight back to the company. - Guest Retention:
Participate in and host events aimed at guest retention and engagement. - Booking Management:
Work collaboratively with the reservations team to maximize revenue and occupancy levels. Stay updated on property availability and rates to provide informed suggestions. - Financial Accuracy:
Perform basic mathematical calculations accurately for quotes, deposits, and booking adjustments.
- Experience:
Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality reservations is required. - Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality or a related field, and experience with OTAs such as VRBO, is preferred. - Math
Skills:
Must possess competence in basic math to accurately handle quotes and financial transactions. - Local Knowledge:
Must have or be willing to rapidly acquire strong knowledge of the local Gulf Coast area (attractions, restaurants, events, and property locations). - Adaptability:
Must be able to quickly adapt to using multiple guest reservation platforms and software effectively. Training will be provided. - Technical
Skills:
Able to work with and understand multiple online software applications. Excellent computer and internet navigation skills. Familiarity with MAC/OS is a plus. - Teamwork:
Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with your Guest Services and Reservation Team members.
Hourly Pay: $18.00- 20.00 (based on experience)

Schedule:
Must be available on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Office hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
