Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (extended hours when requested)
Location: Orange Beach, AL/Hybrid
Compensation: Starting at $55,300 Annual
Disclosure: Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and company compensation guidelines.
Job SummaryUnder administrative direction from Marketing Leadership and the Director, Creative Services, assists with development, execution, tracking, and quality control of CSU Marketing projects.
Essential Job TasksAdditional duties may be assigned.
- Evaluates all marketing requests submitted through the formal intake process to assess scope, feasibility, priority, and alignment with marketing strategy
- Manages and tracks marketing projects from intake through completion, maintaining accurate timelines, status updates, and project documentation.
- Collaborates with internal and external clients to gather required information, clarify objectives, and ensure submissions are complete and accurate.
- Partners with internal stakeholders across CSU to understand departmental goals, manage expectations, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for marketing requests, facilitating communication between marketing and internal or external partners as needed.
- Communicates project timelines, status updates, and dependencies to affected departments in a clear and timely manner.
- Supports the evaluation of proposed tactics and research or recommends solutions that best align with project goals and available resources.
- Participate in meetings and planning discussions to stay informed of departmental initiatives and upcoming needs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge- English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

- Clerical - Knowledge of office administrative procedures, including word processing, managing files and records, typing, and other office procedures.
- Computer - Knowledge of basic computer processes, including word processing, web browsing, and Microsoft Office, including Basic Microsoft Excel.
- Mathematics - Knowledge of basic mathematics.
- Language/Communication Skills - Ability to comprehend verbal and written simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed. Ability to effectively write and present information verbally in one-on-one and group situations.

A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or a minimum of two years of project management experience preferred. Familiarity with project management software and Hub Spot is beneficial but not required.
Equipment Used- Office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, faxes, and copiers.
- Software use includes Monday project management tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Blackboard, and internal database software.
Works primarily within a climate-controlled environment within a cubicle setting, mostly sedentary with frequent sitting, occasional walking and lifting, and frequent near vision use for reading and computer use. Noise level is generally moderate.
