You will be part of the B2B Digital & Platforms team as a Digital Business Solutions Manager, responsible for driving the overall digital blueprint. You will steer cross-functional change to ensure platforms, workflows, and analytics work seamlessly together, enhancing the customer experience, accelerating delivery, and unlocking measurable business impact.

• Shape and maintain a coherent end-to-end design & target view of platforms, and integrations across core B2B/Enterprise domain
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to rollout, keeping scope, budget, timelines, and business KPIs, OKRs, and NPS in foresight
• Turn customer, product, business processes, and usage information into actionable insights, automation, and decision support in key journeys
• Use process analytics to reveal bottlenecks, rework, and handover issues, and co-design improved ways of working
• Act as a strategic partner for stakeholders, aligning priorities, trade-offs, and messaging for various projects and steering forums

• 5-10 years in technology-driven change roles across complex, multi-system environments serving B2B and customers
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives as a domain design expert, not product owner
• Strong understanding of modern digital platforms, integration patterns, and data flows with hands‑on experience with process analytics, workflow optimization, embedding AI & automation into business journeys
• Comfortable working with data specialists and model engineers; able to translate business questions into analytical approaches and use‑case roadmaps
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, create alignment, and hold the line on priorities
• Confident communicator in forums; able to influence through structure, insight, and credibility rather than hierarchy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, German (nice to have)
