As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by driving business transformation initiatives across the Consumer Goods sector. You will guide strategic revenue opportunities partnering with C-suite executives to reimagine how enterprises compete and deliver value through intelligent automation, data‑driven insights, and AI‑enabled innovation.
This is a business‑minded technologist who brings both industry expertise and hands‑on platform knowledge to complex sales cycles, capable of architecting transformation strategies while demonstrating technical credibility with both business leaders and their technical teams
What You Get To Do In This Role- Lead executive discovery and business outcome workshops with CHROs, Supply Chain Executives, CMOs, and COOs to uncover strategic challenges while demonstrating hands‑on platform capabilities, data‑driven insights, and rapid AI proof‑of‑value scenarios that compress time‑to‑impact
- Architect transformation roadmaps that translate platform capabilities into quantifiable business outcomes (revenue growth, margin improvement, speed‑to‑market, operational efficiency) with focus on quick wins and land‑and‑expand strategies
- Navigate complex buying committees across business units, data science teams, finance, and IT stakeholders by speaking both business strategy and technical architecture language, to build consensus through credible discussions of integration patterns, automation workflows, and deployment approaches
- Leverage AI tools throughout the sales cycle to accelerate discovery, competitive analysis, business case development, and solution design
- Establish thought leadership and elevate team capabilities by sharing emerging platform applications in CPG, contributing to searchable knowledge systems, and supporting executive briefings that showcase cutting‑edge innovation
- Orchestrate cross‑functional delivery teams by coordinating technical specialists, product managers, partners, and professional services to deliver against customer commitments, ensuring seamless execution from discovery through implementation
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving. This may include using AI‑powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI‑driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 8+ years combining business consulting, presales, or industry strategy with hands‑on technical experience. You've sold or implemented enterprise platforms, intelligent automation solutions, or digital transformation programs in Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated technical fluency: ability to discuss machine learning architectures, data requirements, model performance, integration patterns, and deployment strategies with technical depth, not just business‑level conceptual understanding. You can demo platform capabilities live and discuss technical tradeoffs credibly.
- Deep understanding of CPG industry challenges and emerging opportunities: intelligent supply chain optimization, demand sensing, personalization at scale, sustainability analytics, direct‑to‑consumer transformation.
