Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners in Lafayette, LA. This is your chance to join a specialized team that provides life-changing care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions.
Full-time position - FULL-TIME DAYS OR NIGHTS
Work in a specialty ACUTE setting with medically complex patients

Responsibilities
* Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
* Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
* Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
* Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
* Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills:
* Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
* Current BLS certification
* Current ACLS certification
Additional Qualifications/
Skills:
* Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
* 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
* BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
* Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
* Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
