• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med Surg and/or Orthopedic nursing experience preferred.
• BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Provide post-operative and orthopedic nursing care, including joint replacement recovery.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, pain levels, wound status, and neurovascular integrity.
• Assist with patient mobility, ambulation, and use of assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, mobility restrictions, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Identify and respond to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
