• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med Surg and/or Orthopedic nursing experience preferred
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Provide post‑operative and orthopedic nursing care, including joint replacement recovery
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs, pain levels, wound status, and neurovascular integrity
• Assist with patient mobility, ambulation, and use of assistive devices
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, mobility restrictions, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Identify and respond to changes in patient condition and elevate as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
