Marketing Liaison - SAGE Specialty Hospital of Opelousas
SAGE Specialty Hospital of Opelousas is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Liaison to support and grow our presence across St. Landry, Evangeline, Avoyelles, and Rapides Parishes.
The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with proven healthcare marketing and admissions experience to build and maintain meaningful relationships with referral sources and community partners.
Responsibilities- Promote SAGE Specialty Hospital services and care continuum with assigned parishes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, patients and families
- Support admissions intake processes, including clinical review and coordination
- Ensure continuity of patient care through effective communication and follow-up
- Assist the clinical liaisons with navigation process oversight, and implementation of marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends and referral patterns to identify growth opportunities
- Design, implement, and consistently achieve marketing and admissions intake goals
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing and/or admissions intake
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated success in networking and building referral relationships
- Ability to work independently while achieving measurable results
- Experience developing and executing hospital or community-based marketing plans
- Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
- Must have ability to travel to/market in St. Landry, Evangeline, Avoyelles, and Rapides Parishes
- Current clinical license in good standing (Louisiana)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with hospital databases and healthcare documentation systems
- Proven ability to collaborate with physicians, social workers, case managers, patients and families
