Employed Physician

Incentives:

• Malpractice
  - Paid by Hospital
• CME Allowance ($4,000/year)
• 30 Days of Paid Time Off, 5 days of Extended Illness Time and 5 CME days per year
• Retirement - 3 components
  • 457b-tax deferred
  • Social Security Replacement (7.65% of Physician's Salary)
  • Hospital Contributes 5% of Physician's Salary into Retirement Account

• Health Benefits- 1st of the month following start date.

• Focus on general Gastroenterology;
  ERCP required
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with a half day on Friday
• Will support J1 Visa candidates
• Strong support from collaborative specialties such as general surgery
• Hospitalists onsite
