This full-time on-site role, based in Grand Coteau, LA, is for a Customer Service Representative. The responsibilities include responding to inquiries regarding policies, billing, claims and endorsements, processing policy changes, endorsements, COIs, and renewals, ensuring policy compliance and client satisfaction, assisting agents with quoting and binding policies using different carrier platforms, maintaining and updating client records, and performing general administrative tasks.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years related experience preferred
- Current P&C license, or ability to obtain it within three months of hire date
- Friendly, positive personality with a can-do attitude and desire to succeed
