• Career Growth:
  Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to become a certified Technician. Experienced techs earn $40,000–$80,000/year.

• Pay:
  Starting at $13/hour (higher pay for experience)

• Promotions and advancement often achievable within the first 6 months

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and vehicle inspections
• Follow dealership and factory standards on all repair orders
• Communicate effectively with parts department and service advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper care of tools
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools as needed
• Deliver excellent service and attention to detail on every vehicle

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• 18+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hardworking, eager to learn, and proud of doing the job right
• Comfortable using tools and performing physical tasks
• Team-oriented, positive, and professional
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy

No prior automotive experience? No problem! Automotive, detailing, or customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and attitude matter most.
