Stocking Team Associate – Walmart

Base pay range: $14.00 per hour – $27.00 per hour.

Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. The ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
