• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety regulations and notify management of unsafe conditions
• Understand and perform ordering functions with primary and secondary wholesalers
• Manage inventory, medications, devices, supplements, and supplies according to company guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer areas
• Count, measure, and prepare specified products following best practices
• Complete billing procedures accurately to ensure value for customers and the company
• Answer phones, triage calls, and handle inquiries appropriately
• Follow guidelines on accepting vendor coupons, cash shortages, and shrink control
• Operate the cash register adhering to policies, including handling electronic transactions and cash
• Provide excellent customer service during reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing
• Assist pharmacists in responsibilities that do not require professional judgment
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Support health and wellness initiatives
• Manage legend orders and deliveries
• Work effectively in high-paced, stressful environments
• Manage conflicts cooperatively and with integrity
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
• Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years old
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Meet state requirements for the role

Desired

• Previous pharmacy or retail experience
• Familiarity with EPRN
