Working Title (if different from Position Title) Job Summary
The RFID Lab Project Manager is seeking a student to assist with project tasks, reporting, and documentation.
Essential Functions- Help facilitate in person and remote client meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Assist with capturing meeting notes, action items, and deadlines for projects.
- Assist with tracking project tasks, hours, deadlines and following up with project team members.
- Help develop client deliverables.
- Monitoring and maintenance of project dashboards, project documentation, and other project tools.
- Participate in client presentations.
- Conduct research on Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
- Assist with data automation and process improvement.
- Assist students with internal project execution.
- Supplement student teams with testing and other project-related tasks, as needed.
Reliable transportation is required.

Minimum QualificationsCurrently enrolled as an Auburn University Undergrad Student.
Preferred Qualifications- Project management experience
- Data analysis, report and dashboard development experience
- Knowledge of RFID technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Motivated, self-disciplined, and possess leadership skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Quality focused and detail oriented
- Team player that works well with others
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products including Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.
- Technically capable of quickly becoming familiar with hardware, software, processes, and new RFID technologies
Pay Rate $15.00 per hour
