• Operate and maintain packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Package products according to specifications, including labeling and sealing.
• Conduct regular checks on packaging materials and communicate any shortages or issues to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist in training new employees on packaging processes and safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work on feet for 8 hours
• Required to work in areas where temperatures will be 45°F or below
• Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting over head
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds or more
• Acquiring and keeping current Forklift Operator’s license
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Previous experience in food production or packaging is a plus.
• Ability to operate packaging machinery and equipment effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move packaging materials as needed.
