Production Operator (Compo under) – Pharmavite

Pharmavite is an experience‑driven nutrition company focused on complete nutrition for all. As a Production Operator (Compo under), you’ll support the manufacturing of tablets and softgel vitamins, operating, monitoring, and adjusting equipment to meet strict quality and safety standards.

This role is not available for sponsorship, including I‑983 participation.

• Receive, weigh, and subdivide raw materials according to manufacturing procedures; load into automatic equipment and adjust settings to ensure proper ingredient mix and temperature control.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, resolving them as quickly as possible.
• Perform changeovers between products or batches, disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling equipment.
• Maintain required logs and records accurately; enter data using the computer system.
• Operate drum lifter, forklift, pallet jack, and scales to transport raw materials or finished products and to weigh bulk materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma / GED or 9 years of related work experience.
• Forklift certification required within three months of hire.
• Manual dexterity for manipulating controls and hand tools; ability to assemble/disassemble equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move large containers weighing up to 50 pounds using electric pallet jacks or hand dollies.
• Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing, packaging, or shipping environments preferred.
• Basic English reading, writing, and math skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

12-hour shifts; weekends may be required.

Salary range: $40,000.00 – $66,000.00. Actual compensation will consider location, education, experience, and qualifications.
