Description
This position will not start until End of April/May due to the timeline of a new facility opening.
This is a combination of level 1 and level 2 Helpdesk/Tech Support. Top tickets will be password resets, permission changes, printers/network devices, and hardware/software service. Daily breakdown: 90% tickets and 10% project work. Faith is committed to promoting from within and will place the candidate on a project for future growth and knowledge to advance within the IT team.

- Must be able to communicate with leadership.

- "Jack of all trades" ability as they'll be working as on‑site support.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
